What can we do to help this epidemic problem of obesity?
Obesity is an ongoing problem in America today and continues to grow as more and more fast food becomes availible. It is now getting to the point that people want to be accepted as fat and are happy and proud of themselves that they are. What some may not realize is all the health factors and problems that come with being overweight. But is it just fast food and laziness that has people growing heavier? Studies show that genetics can play a part in being overweight.

  1. I understand that genetics can cause obesity but the unhealthy eating habits and the lack of exercise can play a big role in someone's life as well. I think if an obese person saw and got real information what they are doing to their body and how their life could be so much better if they lost weight and started to take care of themselves, they would take charge of their life.
