"Neighbor Charged With Stalking and Killing Woman"

This article was written by Michael S. Schmidt. This source was found in the New York Times newspaper on Thursday January 28, 2010. This article basically talks about a woman living in a Queens apartment getting stalked for years and finally getting murdered in the hallway of her apartment building. The gruesome thing about this catastrophe is that the woman’s heart and lungs had been ripped from her body and still have yet nowhere to be found.

Some people think a killer like Mr. Chen should get life in prison while others feel he should be sentenced to death penalty. Should a killer like this be living in prison? I strongly disagree. A man like this should live no further. If you take someone’s life, in return your life should be taken as well. There is absolutely no reason to take someone else’s life unless they have taken someone’s life already. Murder should not be an option.

  1. I think this article explains a story that is a very sad event. The thought of this perverted freak ripping out this poor innocent woman's organs is disgusting. I think he should recieve the dealth penalty for this horrible crime but the dealth penalty brings up a whole other issue. My prayers goes out to the victim and her family.

  2. I think that what happened to this women was an absolute tragedy and the crime was extremely disgusting. I agree that what happened to the women is sad and tragic but I don't think the death penalty is the correct punishment. I think that the killer should get life in prison without the possibility of parole. Prison is no fun for anyone and it is a horrible place to be. The death penalty would be an easy way out for the killer. If he is in jail his whole life he will have time to think about what he has done and maybe realize how wrong his actions were.
